Why do I have to make a deposit to confirm an appointment?​

• We reserve enough of the doctor's time so you can get personalized care that is not rushed. When patients do not show up or cancel at the last minute, it makes it difficult for us to accomodate other patients who need the compassionate care we provide.​

If my insurance covers 100% of my exams and x-rays, will my depost be refunded to me?

• Yes it will be refunded to you when you come in for your appointment if you do not have a co-pay. 

What if I cancel my appointment, do I get a refund?

• Yes, if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment date​/time

• No, if you cancel less than 48hrs before your appointment date. 

What if I have a true emergency or I fall ill

• We understand that life happens so yes, your deposit will be refunded​
